We are an architectural & interior firm established in 2016. We primarily cater to Residential as well as Commercial Projects. Integration of function with aesthetics and budgetary constraints of the clients drive our design philosophies, and the same are visible in all our projects.
We have our in-house teams for all the required services and cater to all the needs in a project.
Ar. Neeraja Kanitkar
Manavmiti is a proprietary concern started by Ar. Neeraja Kanitkar in 2016.
She completed her Architectural studies from Sinhgad College of Architecture in 2009 and worked with eminent architects like Ar. Shailaja Bhati in Auroville, Ar. Surya Kakani in Ahmedabad, Ar. Prasanna Desai, Ar. Manish Banker in Pune. She has also worked briefly with Arjun Doshi on Ferrocement and Wooden Structures.
The time and experiences she had, while working with these stalwarts helped forming her design ideologies, methodologies, and beliefs. Also, working in Auroville over a period of 6 months’ time helped her connect with and explore earth architecture in its true essence. These experiences culminate into her projects being elegant in spite of being humble and minimalistic.
Apart from her Architectural Practice, she has also founded ‘The Resin lab’, where she makes Resin Tables & ‘Spaciable’, where She has been developing a Folding Table, a Revolving Tower and Other furniture specifically targeted at Paper Crafters.
